“The aim of life is to live and to live means to be aware – joyously,
drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware.”
- Henry Miller
The term slim, chic and savvy can be intimidating to someone who is dumpy, frumpy and grumpy.
At least it was for me in a time when I didn’t feel so, well…slim.
But, I want to be clear that this is an inside process. This isn’t about you going on a diet, buying a whole new wardrobe and going back to college.
This is about you cleaning up your inside world to align with what you want on the outside.
So, let me redefine the term slim, chic and savvy:
Slim – to let go of excess baggage (extra weight, clothes, toxic relationships, limiting beliefs)
Chic - to redefine your own personal style, including mindstyle and lifestyle
Savvy - to take full responsibility for your life and live with full awareness and empowerment
In just a few days (June 14th), I am going to be leading a group of women through a 7 week program where they are going to be learning the basics of living Slim, Chic and Savvy.
